I don't see the problem myself - but can you maybe throw a look at
what's happening at that server, or into the logs, or ping somebody
who could?

Hm, I notice that you point to the generic gnu mirror network,
while the homepage points to there-local copies. If we aren't
supposed to use *that* (are we?) maybe you should change the HTML
to point to gnu.org?
