lily 1.5.52

[Han-Wen Nienhuys]

.52 collects the various patches that have been floating to me for the
past few days. It also has even stricter typechecking when you do

  lilypond -e (lily-set 'internal-type-checking #t)

(Recommended when you develop a new feature)

It also has updates for the new dynamic signs.
