This is again a bugfix release. The most important bugs fixed are:

* various bugs in the threading code resulted in unnecessarily long
   delays (in particular during shutdown of gnunet-search and gnunet-gtk)
* hot-path routing had some minor bugs (reducing effectiveness)
* priority of uploaded IBlocks was left uninitialized (always 0)
* minor problems with connection management (MTU change handling,
   bandwidth starvation handling)
* content migration had sometimes problems resulting in corrupt
   transmissions (wasted bandwidth and printed irritating warnings
   on the receiver's end)

Other improvements include:
* reduced memory consumption
  (by interning peer identities in the routing table we can safe about 7 MB
   for the default configuration)
* sorting in gnunet-gtk and other minor UI improvements
* French translation

Updating should be trivial (recompile, install, stop gnunetd, run
gnunet-update, start gnunetd) and is highly recommended.

You can download the code from all GNU mirrors or from the URLs given below.
Note that you need GNU's libextractor, the latest version is 0.5.13 (but there
should not be a strict need to use the latest version).
