[info-GNUnet] GNUnet 0.7.0pre4 released

This release primarily fixes a number of critical bugs that were found in 
0.7.0pre3.  It also cleans up some APIs.  gnunet-gtk now supports anonymity 
levels and aborting downloads.  We were also happy to obtain two additional 
hostlists, bringing the total number up to three.
