libunistring-0.9.9 released

GNU libunistring is a library that provides functions for manipulating
Unicode strings and for manipulating C strings according to the
Unicode standard.

.sig suffix) is intact.  First, be sure to download both the .sig file
and the corresponding tarball.  Then, run a command like this:

  gpg --verify libunistring-0.9.9.tar.gz.sig
