gdbm-1.9.1 released

Hello,

This is to announce GDBM 1.9.1.

GDBM 1.9.1 is a maintenance release that fixes two bugs that
were spotted right after the release of 1.9, one of which affected
building GDBM with newer versions of GCC.

Special thanks to Matthew Burgess for reporting the problem.
