New version of The Electric VLSI Design System

I am pleased to announce that version 6.06 of the GNU Electric VLSI Design 
System is available.  Visit us at www.staticfreesoft.com for downloads and 
other products.

This release has many minor improvements and some notable major features:

 > The ability to speed-up Design Rule Checking by using multiple 
processors (a multithreaded DRC).

 > Better Network Consistency Checking (Electric's LVS system).

 > Improvements to the MOSIS CMOS design-rules, including a scalable 
transistor (a limited form of parameterized layout).

 > A very early Mac OS/X implementation (still buggy: needs help).
