GNU Marst 2.3 -- Release Information

GNU Marst is an Algol-to-C translator. It automatically translates
programs written in the algorithmic language Algol 60 into the ANSI C
programming language.

GNU Marst 2.3 is the final version of the package, and no upgrades are
planned in the future.
