Jwhois 3.0

A new release of jwhois has been prepared. jwhois is an advanced
version of the standard Whois client that can be configured extensively
by the end user.  The 3.0 release adds several new options, such as
support for rwhois and HTTP queries, rewriting queries before sending
to server and whois-servers.net support. The example configuration also
adds support for the new top .biz and .info top level domains.

The distribution archive can be retrieved from the /gnu/jwhois directory
on ftp.gnu.org, or any of the mirrors listed on
http://www.gnu.org/order/ftp.html. Information about the software can
be found on http://www.gnu.org/software/jwhois/.
