the weekend release is here. I spent half the sunday editing the
manual; comments are welcome.

* Mutopia preparations and Coriolan fixes.

* Small beam cleanup, changed y-position-hs,height-hs user overrides

  staff-position,height (height:name suggestions?), now in
  staff-spaces.

* Beam (y, dy) calculations now as list of scm functions.

* Added cleaned-up excerpt from Coriolan for tutorial.

* Bugfix: beam looks at smallest gap for auto knees.

* Property-description-fix: allow auto-knee-gap to be set to false.

* Small doco fixes.

* Bugfix: repeats without alternatives.

* \repeat tremolo for single notes, \repeat tremolo 4 c16
produces the same effect as c4:16
