Emacs 24.5 third release candidate

The third (and hopefully last) release candidate for the 24.5 release
of Emacs (the extensible text editor) is available at

  ftp://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/emacs/pretest/emacs-24.5-rc3.tar.xz

Please give it as much testing as you can.
