cvs [commit aborted]: out of memory

[FI - Cappuccio Nicola]

on CVS 1.11.22 on server AIX, i have the error cvs commit aborted: out of memory ;when i try to commit a file of 50megab; if i rename it i haven't problem (because it is an ADD and not an UPDATE)

can you help me?
