cvs2svn is quite reliable, preserves all of your CVS history when you
migrate to Subversion, and even infers the original CVS changesets using
a bunch of rules and heuristics. More info about cvs2svn is available
at http://cvs2svn.tigris.org, and specific cvs2svn questions should be
directed to address@hidden
