Hi Ankush,
Yes, I did give the user permissions on the c:\cvsrepo folder.
It's strange how I can't get cvs to use a temp directory other than c:
\windows\temp. I've set the temp and tmp system environment variables to
c:\cvstemp (on both the client and server).
I've also tried using the global option -T, and it works locally, but I
don't think it would work with a remote call like:
cvs -z9 -d :sspi:192.168.1.45:/cvsrepo checkout -c
I've heard that it's possible to recompile the cvs executable with the
tempdir variable set in its configuration somewhere. If anyone has an
idea how this might easily be accomplished in Windows XP Pro/Home, please
let me know. Thanks!
