I did below command
ksh -x "$scripts_path/scriptB.sh" > /dev/null 2>&1 &
and it seems this command is doing what I need.

Actually I tried that also, using :
Script_B.sh > /dev/null 2>&1 &
But the script A still waiting for script B results.
Is there another way ?

You probably need to redirect script B's stdin, stdout, and/or stderr.
