There are a few ways.
One is to just add multiple --allow-root=/path/to/another/repository
arguments.
Another would be to run the additional repositories on another port.
Depending on system command-line limits in your inetd.conf file, you may
need to wrap all of the arguments for your cvs pserver command into a
script and have the script run by your inetd process.
