Yes. The PuTTY documentation
<http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/docs.html> includes
everything you should need for the authentication and connection end of
things. I'm using WinCVS 1.3.6.1 Beta 6 (Local Build 1). The 1.2x series
didn't seem to play nice with the PuTTY suite, and more current versions
may also have issues. The only "trick" I can think of is that my
$CVSROOT uses a PuTTY session vs. the real server name.
