This is a build issue that falls outside CVS' scope. But if you
want
code reuse at the source level, you can use modules. If you want
code
reuse at the library level, build a baseline and refer to it in
your
build process. You can build references using environment
variables,
symlinks, buildrefs, whatever.

use of (checks out) the latest version of e.g. an c++-class to
acccess
an oracle-database, so that the oracle-class can be used by
