1. "cvs admin -kb file"
2. "cvs update -A file"
3. Make sure it's ok. It might already have been corrupted due
to being committed as text. If so, you'll have to recreate it
(or copy it into your sandbox from a backup, or whatever) and
check in a new version. Now that you've got it marked as
binary, this should work ok.
