I do a recursive commit, where several directories contain
modified files:
- type "cvs ci"
- type a log message
- type ":wq"
- get another editor session with the old message
- type ":q"
- get prompted by CVS whether to abort/continue/...
Everything's ok up to here.
- I type "!"
The rest of the modified files get checked in, but with empty log
messages! The message I typed is only applied to files in the
first directory, i.e. the one for which I was originally prompted
to type the message.
This bug is new in 1.11.2; 1.11.1p1 is ok. It only happens in
local mode; not surprisingly, in client/server, everything works
as expected.

Anyone who swims with the current will reach the big music steamship;
whoever swims against the current will perhaps reach the source.
