Adding subdirs/src files

Thanks all for your suggestions.  Here is what I came up with.

I was testing a scenario out.  I was assuming that maybe I forgot to add a
subdirectory/src files when I initially created the repo.  If I needed to
add it, how would I do this??  I used your commands and was able to create
the subdir and add one src file after I copied it into the new subdir.  I
guess now my question is, will I have to add/commit each individual file
seperately.  I wanted to be able to add/commit a bunch of files at once.
Do I need to set up some kind of script to do this?
