You created one? Where? There should have been one already in
$CVSROOT/CVSROOT!
$ cvs co CVSROOT
$ cd CVSROOT
$ vim cvswrappers
... edit your stuff ...
$ cvs ci -m "bla" cvswrappers
Checking in cvswrappers;
/home/lunetix/mkranz/repository/CVSROOT/cvswrappers,v <-- cvswrappers
new revision: 1.13; previous revision: 1.12
done
cvs commit: Rebuilding administrative file database
$ cd ..
$ cvs release -d
...
Please check that you have edited $CVSROOT/CVSROOT/cvswrappers.
