TortoiseCVS Manual?

Is it just me, or is http://www.wincvs.org down?

I am new to CVS. Last week I downloaded and installed the Tortoise CVS
utility.
It seems to fit my needs pretty well, but I really need to read a bit more
about
connecting W2k clients to a UNIX-based repository. But I can't get to the
site to
read the Tortoise CVS or WinCVS manuals! Doh! Is there anyone on the list
who can send me the docs that I need?

On another note, does anyone here use CVS to control hardware design source
files? Ya know, Verilog, VHDL, schematics, etc. I'd love to speak to
someone
who controls PCB designs with CVS...
