If you're a Tcl fan: http://tkcvs.sourceforge.net
There is also jcvs if you prefer Java tools. I believe there is a GTK-based
frontend and there may be a QT-based one also. I dunno about either of the
latter.
Look on the CVS website, there used to be links to all these tools.
