www.cgicc.org now online

I have just finished creating a simple website for cgicc -
www.cgicc.org.  Right now there isn't much besides an overview page and
links to a browseable distribution and online documentation- but more
will come with time.  If anyone would like to help out with the site,
please let me know.  Additionally, ftp.cgicc.org is online as well;
strangely enough it contains distributions of cgicc.
