[igraph] igraph R read_graph

Hi,

I want to read the attached graphml file in R using the command:

read_graph("network.graphml", "graphml")

But it shows the following error:

Error in read.graph.graphml(file, ...) :
  At rinterface.c:6077 : Cannot open GraphML file, File operation error

Do you know what the problem is and how I can solve it?
