If you are running Windows, you can find unofficial binaries here:

http://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/#python-igraph

If you are running Mac OS X or Linux, you'll have to download the source code
and run "python setup.py install". You will need at least a working C compiler
of course.
