[igraph] : problems reading GraphML file

I need to read a graph in GraphML format, I have done the installation of Cygwin (containing the Libs and Devel package (containing the libxml2-2.9.2 and libz, etc.)), also installed the libiconv library-and the igraph 1:14; I also setup CodeBlocks, but when I run the following test code:
