 unable to start program "....path/igraph.lib"
the specific file is unrecognized or unsupported binary format

i install the package for Visual studio
took the uncompressed folder named igraph-6.5-msvc and took a copy from the include files (include/igraph), into VC include folder

when i ran the igraph-0.6-msvc\igraph-0.6-msvc  it works without error
 but on running the igraphtest  it says                                    can not find  igraph.lib 
WHY
