Hi, sorry to revive an old thread, just wondering if people have been successful with using the c-score code proposed by Vincent? I managed to compile it and run it, but the scripts hang soon after the c-score calculation, before the b-score ones (I tried both the sample network included and one of those I have). I did contact the person who wrote the code, unfortunately to no avail. I'm using the GSL 1.14 btw.
Thanks
Giuseppe
