[igraph] Rectangular => square matrix?

Hello.  I was wondering if there is a built in igraph function to transform a 
rectangular adjacency matrix (in which rows represent connections reported by a 
fraction of the network population represented in columns) into a square one, 
for analysis as a graph object.  Thanks.  Jeff
