Hi Tony,
We have recently merged a larger branch to the trunk which aims to fix several
problems with linear algebra calculations on 64-bit machines. Apparently not
all the headers are included in the distributed tarball, so thanks for pointing
that out. As a workaround, try compiling igraph --with-external-blas
--with-external-lapack --with-external-arpack (in which case there is no need
to compile the f2c component at all). I will fix the issue soon in trunk.
