Hi Simone,

based on the output this seems to be the development version of
igraph. The as.dendrogram() function has been recently rewritten, and
I don't know what exactly is causing your problem (I don't even know
which version exactly you are using), but as.dendrogram() seems to
work fine on the output of walktrap.community() in the latest version.

The latest version, however, has 1-based vertex/edge indexing, and
will probably break some of your code.
