Tamas,
this is a much more simpler way! thanks a lot!
and all I have to do is something like:
V(g)$type<-ifelse(grep("thread",V(g)$name)==1, FALSE, TRUE)
to set the type attribute... I know that code doesn't work, still have to find
a way, but I got the point
