[igraph] about read.graph

Hello,

I'm using igraph in R,and meet a problem about read.graph.
I have used yEd to produce graph and save it as .graphml format,but when I use 
read.graph("foo.graphml",format="graphml"),an error occured:

Error in read.graph.graphml(file, ...) : 
  At foreign-graphml.c:523 : Cannot parse GraphML file, unknown attribute type, 
Parse error

Does anyone know the problem?
