[igraph] edge color

Hi all,
if i try to change the edge color with python-igraph, i see that the
three-float-tuple has to be in range 0.-255., while the doc says that
these values should be in range 0.-1:

"""
3-tuples of floats (ranging between 0 and 1 for the R, G and
B components)
"""

Is this a mistake in the doc?
