[igraph] Unit tests for basic layer

To test our database implementation we wrote some unit tests with CUnit.
I was just thinking that those tests can be useful for everyone who
wants to write another basic layer implementation.
It also might be good to include it in igraph distribution...
Those tests are almost exhaustive but limited to basic layer functions.
