I am sure there is, but personally I am not an expert on this. I am
also wondering whether this is the right mailing list for your
question. Probably on the R-help mailing list you would get more
useful answers.
I am not even sure what you want to do. Is this about a network? A
spatial network? That changes in time? And the changes are stochastic?
You can perhaps look at
http://cneurocvs.rmki.kfki.hu/igraph/screenshots2.html#10 but this is
not stochastic.
But maybe you want something completely different.
