degree.sequence.game does not know anything about the original graph,
except for the vertex degrees, so edges definitely don't _STAY_ the same,
only, the same edges are generated in every realization.
What is a 900/1000 random graph? It would be useful if you could send
a small piece of code that explains the problem, otherwise, it is quite
hard to guess.
