[igraph] hypercube graph

 Hi, 

I implemented a hypercube generator and thought that I would share in case it turned out useful to someone. 
I don't think it's currently in igraph but I could be wrong...

I'm still not comfortable with writing igraph code, but this code should be bug-free and is pretty fast.
The attached file has all the necessary pieces  in case this were to make it in the distribution.
