[Hyperbole-users] Action Key on [FSF 19] at "DEMO:807:44" behaves unexpectedly

Hello,

When I perform the Action Key on [FSF 19] at "DEMO:807:44" the expected
behavior is to jump to the bottom of the file where [FSF 19] is.

What happens is a prompt in the message area for

  Visit tags table (default TAGS): ~/.emacs.d/elpha/hyperbole-7.0.3/
