[help-texinfo] I can't convert to PDF

Hi!

I'm working with Texinfo for the CinelerraCV manual.

At present I'm stuck at conversion to PDF. I get an incomplete file,
where all the @xref and the indexes are missing.

I'm sure I have a proper Texinfo file, correct and well formatted, since
I did convert it to PDF a few weeks ago.

I suspect I got into troubles when I moved from Ubuntu Feisty to Ubuntu
Gutsy. Is it possible that I miss some packages?

I have installed:
texinfo
tetex-bin
texi2html   (and that works)
