[help-texinfo] logical page numbers in pdfs

Ok, another question...

I want the physical and logical page numbers in PDFs to match.

Currently, my title page is page 1, followed by pages i, ii, iii, etc
for the TOC, followed by page 1 again for the body.

What I'd rather have is the title be page 1, followed by page 2, etc,
so that the PDF page numbers match the printed page numbers.  That way
the page controls in, for example, acroread make more sense.
