info: Terminal type `vt220' is not smart enough to run Info.
Perhaps info is trying to look for termcap terminal definitions when you
have termcap, or vice versa. Or it's linked with the "wrong" library
(curses vs. ncurses vs. terminfo vs. ...). Hopefully whoever compiled
it (you?) can investigate ...
