[Help-source-highlight] GNU Source-highlight 1.2.1

Hi everybody and happy XMAS :-)

I have uploaded a new version that basically fixes a problem of
compilation for gcc 3.0 (thanks to Alexios Zavras and Bruno Schweizer). 
It also has a  much more recent versions of getopt.h, getopt.c,
getopt1.c (the previous ones
were very very old!), that do not rely on alloca anymore.

However if you didn't experience this problem, you don't need this new
version.
