TransAKT Corp (TKTJF) is pleased to announce the election of Mr. Frank Z. Liu 
to the Board of Directors of the Company. 
Over the past two years Mr. Liu has been working with Sichuan Haoyuan High-Tech 
(Gr0up) Corporation as the assistant to the Chairman where he was specially 
assigned to international business.  Prior to that Mr. Liu served as the 
assistant to the President of CITIC Haoyuan (Beijing) Co. Ltd. where he was 
also responsible for international business. Mr. Liu has a Bachelor of Science 
degree in Civil Engineering from Dalian Institution of Technology in China.

TRANSAKT CORP. TO CLOSE TRILLIUM DEAL AS PLANNED
The company is pleased to announce that the previously announced deal with 
TrilliumPC is moving forward as originally announced.  

Grant Meyer of Trillium PC stated, “It has taken us longer than anticipated to 
get our financial records up to public reporting standards so that an audit 
could be completed.  We will be finalizing the deal with TransAKT Corp. as 
planned and look forward to closing the transaction in the next few months.”
