PDF manual v7.1.0 can not be downloaded

Hi

I'm writting this email because I can't download the pdf version of the lastest manual (v7.1.0) in https://www.gnu.org/software/octave/octave.pdf. (When I click on the link I end up here: https://www.gnu.org/software/octave/missing.html)

I'm trying to report it in https://savannah.gnu.org/ but I can't verify my email because I can't get the verification email (yet, at least)
