Octave C++ Code Interface

I am trying to get the C++ Code interface to work.  I am using the 3 examples on the brief page in the doc but  need more detailed information. Can someone tell me if/where there is documentation for class/methods like:

octave_main

octave_idx_typ

octave_value_list
