Sorry for the inconvenience.  I see the same error and already filed a
bug report about this issue [1] including a fix.

To apply the fix, please do the following:

   $ hg clone
   $ wget --content-disposition
   $ cd example-package
   $ hg backout 0b5ba58fde08
   $ hg import ../of_example-package.patch
   $ make dist
