Thanks a lot for the new answers.
What I finally did is the following: I tested both io-2.4.13.tar.gz and
conftest.exe with virustotal.com and both obtained a perfect score of 0
positives, so I decided to trust. I changed my trendmicro setteings from
hypersensitive to normal. And it worked!
